Fast, it keeps you on your toes. But I appreciated that. Starts off with a phone call. Then onto a numerical test. After these you’ll go through a dexterity test and interview. The next step is a medical test and opticians if needed.

Interview
The interview was straightforward and the questions were direct about yourself and your experience. They asked a few STAR questions as well. The process also involved a dexterity assessment prior to the interview. They would question how the applicant would be a good fit for the role.
