The company had come to our campus (University of Sheffield) came for recruitment. Prior to the recruitment day, the candidates were asked to send their CVs and cover letters.
On the recruitment day, the company reps had shown us a presentation explaining the values of the company and the projects that the successful candidates could be involved in. Following that, we're given a 45 min interview slot, which focused on the technical and motivational skills.
Those that passed through the interview stage were invited to their assessment centre (in Slough).
