I applied online, then presented and online test and an online interview where i recorded myself, they give you 60 seconds to prepare before answering, and once you record yourself you can not repeat the answer. First they give you an introductory video about the question, and explan very well the situation. It is important that as soon as they are explaining the context you start thinking about a possible answer, and you can write down the questions, as they are many questions and you might forget
