Overall a great experience. I was not stressed out throughout the recruitment process. I do recommend applying to Mars if you want to have a career in FCMG.

Interview
I applied through my campus Career Services website. I just had to submit my resume. Then, I was invited for an on campus interview. The interview was myself and two representatives of the company. The interview lasted for about half an hour and I received an email the next day with their decision.
