Interview
Turned up and got told to sit in the restaurant to wait for a manager. He came out and literally asked me when I'm available then made me go straight on the tills. I got shown what to do once then when I got confused got an angry response from the crew member who was supposed to be helping me. Not the best experience, didn't even ask me any questions…
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
