The interview process was simple and easy. Did not require much for the roles available. The hiring team is pretty laid back and easy to communicate with. The hiring pay is really low so expectations are really low as well.

After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
