Quick in-person interview with several questions about customer service, past experience and other skills. It took about 15 minutes and if it goes well, they offer the job on the spot.
Questions were simple and based on your own personality. They want to know what you are like and if you can adapt to a fast paced environment. It is a two staged process and you may be required to do a trial shift.
A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.
