I was sent a SMS text message and asked to choose a time snd date for the interview. When i got there the owner was over to begin the interview. It was an informal 1-1 conversion with the franchise owner.

Interview with the shop manager, 30 mins of questions ranging from legal aspects, safety working with food or manual handling. It also included some questions to get to know your personal character
Really simple and easy. Just asked basic questions and then availability and got the job there and then wasn’t a stress at all. Questions were really simple and atmosphere was really chill had a nice interviewer too
Laid back and friendly. Some questions try to catch you out eg. explain [one of their key values] and what it means to you. Asks availability and other avg questions
