Looked over resume said they would hire me for a managerial position based on my 17 years of managerial experience including GM experience but started out as a crew member because they said i have to learn McDonald's system
The interview process was very easy. They asked me some situational questions, and asked about my qualifications. It is very easy to crack since they are always hiring. The first question is always "Tell me about yourself". Good luck.

Easy and First. Friendly atmosphere. First peace environment. General Manager and Supervisor very supportive. Neat and clean. One of best spot, Hard working is ley of success. Lots of opportunity.
I gave a resume. They asked a few questions about my work history. Hired me on the spot. No drug test or background check to my knowledge. I don’t even know if they did a reference check.
