I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2012
Interview
The interview was not stressful. Personally I dressed in nice casual wear because it is still a job interview and I've seen people turned down for wearing sweatpants, so at the very least dress in something nice even if it is a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Mostly you talk about your life, how open your time frame is for working, and what you are looking at for the job (longterm, while in school, etc). It is a pretty easy process if you think about your availability ahead of time and if you can make it to work or not on time.
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

Question 1
What is the most important for you working here? (hygiene, customer services etc)
Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
I applied online. I interviewed at McDonald's (Airway Heights, WA) in Jul 2026
Interview
I saw a few positions open on indeed, did a quick screening, a few days later i came in, went to the front desk and asked for an interview, I was pointed to a table near the counter and a few minutes later a lady came over with a clipboard, it was a pretty positive experience, even if I don't get the job.
