Initial interview is virtual, very casual, although they give you a couple of clinical scenarios to chat through but nothing too complicated. In-person interviews depend on the practice itself and what they're looking for, but for all four in person interviews I had the staff were very lovely, and clearly want to find the right fit to join their team.
