I was interviewed over the phone, subsequently had a face to face interviews for at least 3 jobs. I had individual personal interviews and also group interviews for senior scientist/leader level opportunities. All the interviewers acknowledged my strong background and global drug development experience. However, i never got any timely results outcome till today. The HR folks did not show any interest to notify the results. The HR Vp at merck should take a note of this and rectify the interview process at Merck soon.
