I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Merck in Jan 2019
Interview
Like most other reviewers here, the interview process was relatively easy and an extremely positive experience. Applied in October 2018 and received an email to set up a phone interview with hiring manager. Questions were focused more towards my resume and experience, with a couple questions about why I applied for the position. Phone call was casual and easy, and about thirty minutes, with 10 minutes in which I could ask the hiring manager questions.
A couple of weeks after the phone screen, I received a phone call requesting a second round interview, which consisted of three WebX video calls--one with the hiring manager and two panels with the rest of the team. The questions were straightforward and everyone was very professional but relaxed. They asked behavioral questions about how I handle conflict, etc, as well as questions about my experience. I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each round again.
A few days later the manager called me to say they wanted to hire me, and that an offer letter was on its way via email. Overall, a great experience.

Question 1
Describe a time you had a deadline to meet but knew you couldn't make it.
The interview process was quick and easy, I got an email straight from the hiring manager and only had to give one interview, all the people were super nice and welcoming.
First they did a phone interview and then two panel interviews. They ask usual questions, nothing technical based. The panels consisted of 3 people each. Took a while to get back and let you know your results.
It was a very average difficulty process. It did not take as long as other companies in this space to get back to me, and I felt like I was supported throughout the process.
