I sent my CV through the Company site and after a few days the called me to set an appointment for an interview. The interview was one of the best I've ever had, as I didn't feel under the pressure of being "scanned" as it usually is. They went through my CV and past experience, but also explained very well what the job was about and what they did expect about new hires.

Question 1
Mainly they went through my CV asking about my past experiences and how I would manage a problem or if I ever had any argument with colleagues/supervisors. Plus they asked about GMP procedures and why I decided to send the CV to the company.

Phone interview with recruiter then interview with potential manager. It was easy. Asked general questions about experience in environmental monitoring and gLIMS experience. Asked about experience in clean room gowning

Primero una videollamada con una recruiter, hicimos un repaso de mi currículum, descripción de las funciones, sueldo, beneficios. Días después entrevista presencial con manager en el que sería mi lugar de trabajo.
