Mercy New Grad RN interview questions

I actually applied online for a med/surg position, the next day the HR rep called and said I applied for the new grad program. Because I passed the NCLEX recently (although I had not gone through a new grad program at my previous job) I went on the interview. There were six department heads in the interview. The day after I received a call with a job offer. The whole process didn't take a week. I had applied for a day position and was offered a night shift, it didn't seem like HR paid much attention.
