      This is atraditional interview process which can vary by role depending upon if you are know (through previous work interactions) or unknown, In summary is - Face to Face - 2 stage but potential 3 with a phone interview if you are unknown - Final stage with 2 Directors or senior managers dependant on role - Competency based so if unknow may also include presentation
