I was contacted by the recruiter initially, followed by HM's phone interview and an all-day interview with the team. The decision they made was immediate and I was offered within 3 weeks (from first contact to offer). Great overall experience interviewing with the team...they really made me think beyond.

Pros: Super transparent recruiters and constant updates, clear expectations. Engineers were chill and collaborative, not gatekeepy. No trick questions; they wanted to see real problem-solving.
Cons: The onsite felt marathon-like (take breaks if you can). Levels. fyi salary data was spot-on, but negotiation took effort for equity bump.
