Interview
The assessment center consisted of 3 parts:
1) Pre-prepared presentation
2) 45 minutes scenario-based interview
3) Team exercise (they evaluate candidates on the grounds of teamwork, so you may almost ignore the task itself)

How your experience and interests coincide with the role?
They Cancelled the interview on the night before the agreed date, changed the hiring manager and asked to reschedule. On the rescheduled date no one entered the interview Teams call. I reached out to the recruiter 3 times via email ( on the thread he emailed me) with no answer
