After applying to the vacancy, it past 2 months when I received an answer that I passed to the next level. The interview process had 5 stages with different people: HR, Marketing, Comms Leader, Comms Director.

Question 1
What are the projects I am proud of; how I evaluate the company's media presence; and many questions regarding experience
I went through 3 rounds of virtual interviews, recruiter, hiring manager and a peer interview. I was told there would be 2 more, with the director and VP, but wasn’t pushed through to those rounds.

Interview
Easy, but very long, it take 2 months for a interview selection and than 3 weeks for a decision. The interview seemed basic to me, maybe a little subjective. But overall, apart from the long waiting period, the experience was easy, I had changed my position in the meantime, I participated in the interview out of curiosity.
