Interview
The first interview is a Teams interview about 30 min. It is conducted with an HR. you have to describe who you are, why you want to work at microsoft, what is a good software engineer as you see it, and other questions to see your motivation and engagement. There is also one "technical" question- not code, more like a puzzle. It is in English.

You have a weight device that can compare 2 sizes at a time. And you have a stone divided into 5 pieces. The size of each piece is integer. And need to know what the weight of each piece is. Is this possible with up to 4 times use of the weight device?
