Brief 30 minute interview involving hardware/software problem solving to include "what-ifs" and "name a time when you". This was designed not to get a "right answer" but to see the process and steps you as an individual use for problem solving.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to use the troubleshooting workflow in order to correct a problem previously.
This is the hiring process for a new graduate position. First, the company reviews the entry sheet or application form. Second, there are two interviews conducted on the same day. After successfully passing these steps, you receive a job offer. However, the company has recently announced that its hiring process will be changing, so the selection flow may be different in the future.

As far as I remember, they asked questions to assess my understanding of the position, to dig deeper into what I had written in my entry sheet, and to evaluate how well I understood the company and my career plans within it.

There are three interviews, One with HR short call, then the Techincal interview with the tech lead , the final one is with the director. Interviews are quite harder than others, but the panel is so friendly and good
