1 presentation and interview management employee. both were online, walked through proposal and thought process. interview was fairly informal, more for both parties to review what each brings to the table.

I interviewed at Mindshare
My interview process was pretty straightforward. I had three rounds of virtual, behavioral interviews over Zoom as well as a timed, take-home Excel assessment. Overall, the process was pretty quick as well spanning just a few weeks.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Mindshare (Singapore) in Sept 2023
The interviewer was professional and transparent that the role was filled but wanted to see if there were other positions that were suitable. Although did not get back to me about any roles - assume there were none.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mindshare in Jul 2023
It was an unprofessional interview process and I took the time to go through the 3 interviews only to be ‘ghosted’. The 3 stage process was: - Screening call with the internal recruiter - she was friendly and transparent and asked the standard questions on experience and skills, motivations etc. - 45 minute call with the hiring manager with an excel task to complete during the call - I had a good experience with the hiring manager, was asked more in-depth questions on technical and soft skills. The excel task is not difficult but interesting to have to do it on the spot - 30 minute call with the director - unfortunately, the questions that were asked felt belittling and judgemental. A lot of questions were in a quizzing manner and too (unnecessarily) in-depth. I didn’t feel it reflected the responsibilities outlined in job description. If my response was not concise enough, I would be interrupted and was told the answer by him. Bear in mind, they are looking to build the ‘women in tech’ community at this company and I have experience and knowledge in this industry. I raised a complaint on the situation and I really hope it had been dealt with. I also had been misled on the process itself - still awaiting an outcome for 3 months. I never wanted the role for obvious reasons but I would have appreciated to hear their outcome/feedback

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY
I applied online. I interviewed at Mindshare (New York, NY) in Jul 2023
I am really not sure what is the point of posting a job ad for a position requiring technical skills and being described as a mix of managing and hands on doing advanced analytics/data science projects, then confirming during HR screen call that advanced analytics team does not talk to clients often, but rather serves as technical experts, only to be told by the hiring manager that this position mostly consists of "up-selling stuff to clients". And then I was ghosted. Overall a gigantic waste of my time.
