Interview
One interview with the recruiter then an interview with the nurse manager. Both were very fair and simple. Generic interview questions/situational RN questions. Got a call back a few days after the final interview.

Had an interview with HR representative and waited few weeks for response. Had a second interview with the nurse manager and got the job week later. overall, everyone was so nice and welcoming, it was worth the wait.
