CV screening first. Followed by two telephone interviews. These were very motivational and behavioural based, with some emphasis on market news. Overall was pretty straightforward. However, the second interviewer was extremely rude. Firstly, they did not even turn up and had me reschedule due to a "client problem". Then once I finally got the time with them to interview, the interviewer was too busy fixing her work related problems during the interview. I could hear her getting frustrated with her work and this was very off-putting. So overall a bad experience and sheds poor light on the company. I am yet to hear back from them about the outcome of the 2nd interview.
