Interview
The interview lasted about 40 min. The questions were pretty close to the items listed in the position description (.Net 4.0 and WPF). Questions were both on UI and backend. It was combiation of easy and hard questions. There was a couple of advance questions on threading and virtualization (common problems in UI).
