Well organised, quick decision, technical but well balanced, no non-sense questions. You start respecting the institution the moment you cross the threshold. Not intimidating at all and felt fair and geniune. Fell in love with the firm almost immediately.

General questions related to types of financial instruments and markets. Fairly technical yet nothing impossible, felt true and genuine. One should read the FT and watch Bloomberg to be up to date of what is going on in the world and markets.

I had a 20-30min interview with multiple members of the firm across different teams. They asked me fit question mostly and some technical questions. Overall it was a nice experience I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted to know if the position fitted to my expectations.
