It was done over the phone. It was quick. So, I was very concise, up to the point and highlighted what I was currently doing. The phone just taken about 15 mins. Not much questions have been asked.
Difficult 40-50 questions asked in half an hour in technical round

Aptitude in the beginning which was moderate
Overall it was good experience at Morgan Stanley

Interview
The senior team leader interviewed me. They are very nice but feels not really interviewed a lot of people. They did not ask me a lot of things from my CV. I did self introduction and answered some questions related career goal. Then they walked me through the role and responsibility. No technical question is asked.
