I went to our career fair and networked with Morgan Stanley, I also submitted my resume on our career site. A week after the resumes were due, I was offered a chance to interview. It was one-on-one and I was asked 5 questions. My interviewer was a recent graduate and not very intimidating, actually quite low key.
