Interview
The interview consisted of a rotational interview at the office with 4 people ranging from financial advisors up to the director. Each one lasted only 15 minutes, for a total of 1 hour. They were all relatively warm and inviting so everything was more of a conversation rather than an interrogation.
First round interview over Zoom, but I didn’t move on to the next round. The Interview was with another intern and the youngest analyst. All behavioral and fit based, nothing technical.
Meet with more junior associate and more senior one, talk about resume and previous experience and what to expect from role, guaging understanding of investments and market knowledge. Guaging knowledge of what the team does also

Interview
Very smooth, talked about wealth management strategies then about portfolio diversification and chatted about hobbies. The interviewer was very friendly and wanted to learn about me. They ended up hiring a local person since I was based in NYC.
