Interview
I met the recruiter at the college. From there I stayed in contact with the recruiter. I was able to get an onsite interview. The interview process on site consisted of several 1:1 interviews. Each interviewer was different. One was very straight forward the other one was very nice and easy to speak to. Overall it was a good day.
General questions about the line of business and common questions about how you would assume their teams handle certain situations. Mainly on behavioral side but also technical can be included.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
