Interview took place with management team (about 4 people, 15 minutes). Most were very interview 101 questions- mostly it's how they get along with others. It was in the branch and I visited different offices. Dress sharp as many advisors and clients are in the office. Confidence is huge, and being likeable is more important than being knowledgeable.

Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.
