I applied through university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
Fairly standard first round, second round and Super Day. Nothing too challenging-- they were looking for a smart candidate with a strong work ethic.
However, I did not hear back from the interview for over 5 months. I interviewed in November, and was not extended the offer until April. I accepted another offer in the interim, and received no indications of when the MS offer would be coming.

Question 1
What are your favorite classes?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Why risk management? Why Morgan Stanley?
So far going good. Initial resume screen and hirevue were as expected. I have the phone call first round interview soon (heard back from hirvue 2-3 weeks after). No company referral
Everyone was super nice during the interviews. A few technicals and a few background questions. Second round was slightly more technical and asked about interests . Did ask a brain teaser type question to see how you think through problems.

Question 1
What's a recent event in the markets you've been following? How would you invest money for yourself differently from someone who is close to retirement?
The interview was done via phone. Didn't ask a lot about technicals. Mostly behavioral questions. I was interviewed by the managing director. The interview lasted for about half an hour.
