The people there were very geeky I beleive. They asked me many math questions and skills questions but not so much technical stuff. They also would ask some obscure questions they do not even know the answers when directed to themselves like what is the hardest thing youve ever done?

Asking fit questions to see who I am, where I come from, how I work in team, how I understand finance, how I see myself in the next 10 years, why this company and not another one, why me and not someone else
Applied online through careers website, completed assessments and had an interview with an HR representative as well as manager. Included a mix of technical and personal questions from manager. Fairly difficult and formal. Interviewers were stern but friendly.
I got an email from HR. Then we scheduled an onsite interview at Morgan Stanley headquarter. I had interviews with 5 team members. Each interview is around a half-hour.
