It was a 1 hour phone interview. I was told to introduce myself, and then some technical questions, is pointer allwed in C#? What's inner join vs. out join? The interviewer sounds a nice and friendly.

It was a very well structured interview. Questions asked baised on CV only. There were 3 panalist. It took almost 50 mins. They were in a hurry to hire. The interview process is very smeeless but the questions are difficult.

There are 4 rounds of interview
- first being the technical round - with your hiring team manager
- second with onshore heads - technical and sometimes interpersonal
- third with the regional Vice President of the Division - techno managerial
- fourth with the regional head (Executive Director) of your division (like FID, wealth management etc) - techno managerial
