First the application process is very easy. The usual screening. You get an email that day saying you have a few days to complete the hirevue. I believe after that there are a couple rounds of interviews.

Interview
Screening call with behavioral questions. Largely focused on resume and no technicals. The behavioral questions were about my interest in finance and my goals with regard to what I was expecting from an internship.
