The interview had 4 steps, first talking to HR about the position, then completing an average difficulty excel test, then the important interview with the hiring manager, and one last talk with HR about compensation.

As it was a role in the Regulatory reporting department, they asked about Basel III, especially about risk weighted assets. They were interested in my approach of how is it possible to determine the risk of an asset?

Had 5 interviews in total for a entry level position. Phone screen, HR, 3 managers. They were all pretty nice, the last 2 interviews were a bit more challenging. Had good conversations with all of them
