Interview
I had an interview with the team lead and technical director. It consisted of about 10 questions mostly improvised (it felt) and very technical. My impression is that I was expected problem solving skills rather than knowledge. Very friendly pair. I know that nowadays they also ask few questions related to your contribution to health and safety, diversity and inclusion.
