I sent my resume in to the person who would later become my supervisor. We scheduled an interview where I came in to speak with them and another developer from their group. It took almost a month for HR to send me an offer, recognize my acceptance, and schedule me for orientation.

No live technical component, but the process was still technical. Should know your own code very well. Entire team on call usually. Behavioral matters a lot, so know exactly why you want to join.
