Interview
The interview itself was not difficult, but the overall ambience was awkward and unwelcoming. I talked over different projects I've done and answered basic tech questions. I found some of their personal questions to be rude. For instance, they asked me how I got to an Ivy League for my phd after coming from a "no name undergrad".
No live technical component, but the process was still technical. Should know your own code very well. Entire team on call usually. Behavioral matters a lot, so know exactly why you want to join.

Interviewed for Flight SWE position in Fall 2023. Screening Call, then video call with Hiring Manager. Ghosted after the Second round -- Perhaps as a result of the waves of layoffs they experienced (And are still experiencing it seems)
