Interview
Prima fase: colloquio telefonico con HR, durante il quale sono stati forniti alcuni dettagli sulla mia attuale occupazione, sulle mansioni svolte e sulle motivazioni che mi spingono a valutare nuove opportunità professionali.
Seconda fase: approfondimento in call con HR di tipo motivazionale, finalizzato a comprendere meglio le mie aspettative, le competenze trasversali e l’allineamento con i valori aziendali.
Terza fase: colloquio tecnico approfondito con il responsabile di area, volto a verificare le conoscenze specifiche richieste per il ruolo, la capacità di problem solving e l’approccio metodologico alle attività operative.

Interview
Very simple, standard interview, focusing on project management skills and style. I was interviewed by 2 team members at the first interview and them the Director at the second interview. All in all pretty standard.
Foi um entrevista minimamente estranha, com perguntas um tanto agressivas, onde o entrevistador usou termos como crucificar alguem com baixa performance e expor para o time, criando assim um ambiente de medo para alcançar oa objetivos traçados, pela coação.

Interview
It was easy going, friendly interview with a recruiter based in Brussels. Unfortunately since the beginning he mentioned that thinks I am overqualified because the job title was unclear that is for a junior position, hence I liked the transparency.
