Recruiter contacted me initially with 4 round of interviews. Kept me stuck for 3 months and then after final so called client interview they completely went cold. No call, no emails.
Later came to know about their reputation.
Their titles are inflated and they don’t pay well.

Majority of senior positions are hired through network. I think the interview process is straight forward and simple with a phone screen followed by in person interview. Typically there will be 2 levels of phone interview which will be focused on your past experience and your alignment to new job.
