There is only two around interview, one if from recruiter to check out your background and some skills, the second one is about one hour technical questions, what kind of skills do you have, what kind of projects do you have experience? what is MVC framework? what is Struts, how to use it? what kind of DB have you used? A few front side of technical skill questions. After about one week, I got recruiter call said I got their offer.......

Lots of technical questions regarding your previous projects
Primero te llama recursos humanos explicando el puesto, te lleva a completar una prueba de habilidades cognitivas. Si te va bien, posteriormente hacer una entrevista con tu jefe directo en la que hablas sobre la experiencia laboral, por qué quiere entrar y como está compuesta el área.
Prima incontro conoscitivo co nHR, poi incontro con manager del team dove pensano di inserirti e poi finale conoscitivo con partner che è piu una formalità e non un vero e proprio colloquio
