I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nationwide (Dublin, OH) in May 2011
Interview
There was a phone interview to understand intentions. Then there was a panel interview with the hiring manager and other people that would be working directly with me. They had the questions pre planned and it was a round robin approach. One person would ask question #1 and the next person would ask question #2. The interview was not too terribly technical if you knew what you were doing.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2017
Interview
Questions weren't totally wrapped around the technical aspects of the job. Nationwide will also review you as a person to see if you'll fit well within the organization and the team you're applying to be in.
