Completely unprofessional. Called in for one round of interview after networking call. Told that I had a great interview, and they would have an answer in 2 weeks. 2 weeks comes by, and they verbally state in an email that I was their "top candidate" and that I should hear back within 3 days. I follow up, and no word again, then make me wait another two weeks. It was over a month at this point, when finally the recruiter calls me personally to say they weren't moving forward with my application, but that I was a very strong candidate. If you want to get sent on a wild goose chase, then Nationwide is a great place! Otherwise, highly unprofessional interview process.
