Interview
Application online, screening and first contact, asymmetric video interview, SHL tests, interview with the Hiring manager, another interview with the HR, two more tests (behavioral and cognitive), and finally online assessment center with a case study.
Very long process, with some unclear steps and miscommunication:
- organizational confusion about some interviews as it wasn't clear whether my interview would still be scheduled or not.
- untransparent process: I've been told "this is your last step" and then I have been scheduled an extra assessment.
- UNFAIR assessment center: I was supposed to have 30 minutes to read 15 articles and answer 6 questions but the email arrived 10 minutes later. Obviously that led to panic and resulted in a poor assessment. The interviewers never seemed to care or take in consideration that since I've never received an email or a few words about that. It was as if they didn't care and obviously I have been discarded.
