The process included several steps:
- firstly, I applied online and during these phases I completed numerical reasoning tests together with personality tests;
- secondly, a Video Interview has been conducted;
- finally, I have been invited to the Assessment Center in Gatwick.
The final step (AC) included a set of diverse activities:
- presentation: about some materials given to candidates the same day of the AC.
- 1:1 interview: motivational and behavioral questions
- Group exercise: decision-making process within a team
