I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (Ciudad de Mexico) in Feb 2012
Interview
Several phone interviews and 1 "one on one" interview in their HQ to see aptitudes and fit in the company.
Phone call #1: Basic screening such as why did I want to work there, why that role in particular and what was I going to add to the current team.
Phone call #2: They focused on my professional background and asked how I solved challenges.
Meeting in HQ: My would-be supervisor gave me a concrete challenge and asked me to solve it. We talked about my motivations and professional plans.
Interview process included "virtual job tryout and interview". The interview portion of this just meant watching a pre-recorded video of someone asking a question and you have a limited time to respond with a video, as if you were having a conversation. Was a cold experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Dubai) in May 2024
Interview
Initial interview included basic questions. The hiring manager was nice. They are mostly looking for information about why you want to work and live there. Come prepared to answer everything but don't overexplain.
There were 2 rounds of interviews after a phone screen with a recruiter. At first, it was a interviews with 4 different people at various levels (hiring marketing managers to directors), and then 2nd round was with another hiring director.
