Phone interview for one hour by 2 managers, followed by a day at HQ. meeting team, answering technical questions and visting work environment. Not particular structured and fairly straight forward. More a day of conversations as opposed to focus interview rounds with specific goals. But I am not sure this is the nornal approach.
