What shows your passion for sustainability? -Describe your two most important experiences thus far, which had an impact on you. - Describe with the STARR method how you've shown you are development oriented - Tell us about an experience in which you found a (sustainable) solution by thinking innovatively After this round there was a study case to prepare and present in an online interview, in which you had to present to a supermarket manager and convince them to give you more shelf space etc. They gave me the feedback that I'm 'too sweet', so make sure to pay attention to this IF you want to work for this company. They really dug into my experiences and words during the interview, and it felt like they wanted to uncover my weaknesses or emotional side.
