Question 1
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nestlé (Kampong Chembong, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was relatively smooth and not too intense. The interviewers asked straightforward and manageable questions, mostly related to my background and the role. Although I stuttered quite a lot while answering, they were very understanding and didn’t seem bothered by it. They listened patiently, gave me time to explain myself, and seemed to genuinely understand what I was trying to convey. Despite my nervousness, the overall atmosphere was quite friendly and relaxed, which helped ease some of the pressure. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
